At Rijonaturals IMPEX, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers are allowed to cancel their orders under the following

At Rijonaturals IMPEX, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Customers may request cancellation or

return of an order by selecting one of the following valid reasons during the cancellation process.


1. Product Not Needed Anymore / Ordered by Mistake


If the customer no longer requires the product or has placed the order by mistake, the order may be cancelled before shipment or dispatch.

If the order has already been delivered, the request will be treated as a return request, subject to the company’s return conditions.


2. Quality Issue

If the product has poor fabric, material quality, finishing, or performance issues, the customer may request a cancellation or return.

The company may request supporting photographs or evidence to verify the issue before approving the return or refund and subject to the

company’s return conditions.


3. Size / Fit Issue


If the delivered product does not fit properly (for example, too tight or too loose), the customer may request a return or replacement within the

allowed return period. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.


4. Damaged or Used Product


If the customer receives a damaged, torn, broken, dirty, or used product, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide clear photos of the product and packaging to support the claim.


5. Item Missing in the Package


If any part of the product or quantity is missing from the delivered package, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, the Rijo may arrange a replacement or refund for the missing item.


6. Different Product Delivered

If the customer receives a different product, size, colour, or item than what was ordered, the issue must be reported promptly.

Once verified, the Rijo will arrange for replacement or refund. Depending on product availability and customer preference.


Additional Terms & Conditions


Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official website, mobile application, or customer support channel.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval of the cancellation or return request.

Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials.

The company reserves the right to decline cancellation or return requests if the product shows signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or violation of return conditions.
