1. Eligibility for Return
Customers can request a return under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or used.
The wrong product, size, or color was delivered.
Missing items or incorrect quantity received.
Quality issues identified after delivery.

2. Return Request Process
Customers must initiate a return request via the website, mobile app, or customer support.
Required details such as order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos must be provided. Once the request is reviewed, approval or rejection will be communicated.
3. Pickup & Return Handling
After approval, a pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner (where available).
In locations where pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
4. Product Condition for Return
To be eligible for return, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
Be properly packed to prevent transit damage.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Rijonaturals will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, change of mind, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping charges.
6. Return Approval & Inspection
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our quality team.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected.
Approved returns will be processed for refund or replacement as applicable.
7. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
