Refund Policy


At Rijonaturals,The we aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all customers. Refunds are processed only after the

return request has been reviewed and approved according to our return policy.


1. Eligibility for Refund


Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged, defective, or used.

The customer received a different product, size, or color than

ordered.

Missing items or quantity in the package.

Verified quality issues with the product.

Customers must raise the refund request within 48 hours after delivery, depending on the product category.


2. Return & Verification Process


Customers must submit a return request through the website, app, or customer support.

In some cases, photos or videos of the product may be required for verification.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.


3. Refund Method


Refunds will be issued using one of the following methods:

Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) Bank transfer

Store credit / wallet balance (if applicable)


4. Refund Processing Time


After the return is approved and the product is received, the refund

will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Bank or payment gateway processing may take an additional 2–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.


5. Return Shipping Charges


If the return is due to a wrong product, damaged product, or seller error, the Rijo will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (not needed, ordered by mistake, size issue, etc.)

The customer will be responsible for the return courier charges.


6. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

The return request is raised after the allowed return period.

Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.


7. Company Rights.


Rijonaturals reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the return condition and supporting evidence.
